Got some more physio on my shoulder today and the news is good its not completely sorted but almost,my physio Sarah said its 85-90% sorted.So tommorow Im off to training in a 4 day holding camp before playing in a big International tournament this weekend.Because Ive been injured I havent trained at all,for three long weeks so Im going to be slightly off par,but Im feeling good and should be able to keep up with the rest of the lads.Its been so hard not being allowed to train.Its 6 days out of 7 training usually,so to be told "do nothing" for three weeks absolutely kills me and if you add the fact that the rest of the team are all training together while Im here just flipping out,its like Ive won the Lottery by being told I can train again.Im happy,hope you lot are too.
