Mondays here forget what happened on the weekend and crack on as before.So more physio today,the news wasnt great,the shoulder hasnt improved after the steroid injection so today they tried Accupuncture which as a short term fix kicks butt it really relaxes all the muscles that have been compensating for the injurie,I didnt think I would be so impressed by someone sticking sharp objects in me,you live and learn.they're going to give the shoulder until thursday to see if the steroid takes effect,if it doesnt it means big needle in the shoulder joint AGAIN! I can feel the pain now.
