Ive been threatening to update for a long time now and haven't.I haven't been on here at all so I thats why.
Been playing a lot recently,it really hasn't been the post Olympic quiet year.The down side to playing almost every weekend is that my shoulder injury(ongoing for years now)is ptetty bad again.On ntuesday I'm off to hospital for a scan on the shoulder to pinpoint the problem area with a view to getting another steroid injection to get me through the next few weeks of competitions.Its not a nice thing to have at all
.Basically they keepn sticking needles in you until you scream like a baby(which means they've found the worst point)then shove a load of steroid in.It'll help me but at the same time makes you feel physically sick 
.
Outside of playing way too much.The ex moved out finally and now its just Me in my house.At first it was strange but now I'm getting back to enjoying my own space and loving the freedom of doing what I want to do,when I want to do it.
Lifes pretty good right now!
Ive got a quiet month in April and I'm thinking I might try and get away for some R&R and a bit of sun.Not sure where? nowhere far,maybe spain,greece or portugal, just a few hours on a plane into Europe?
suggestions welcome?
