Yesterday I was looking after my neice Teagan.Shes 11 yrs old and would only watch MTV hits.What a pile of shit is on there.

On Friday Im at a filming studio for a tv programme kind of like Dragons Den.The difference being there is 5 millionaires giving money to charities not to businesses.
Im asking for 77 thousand pounds for my club.It should be screened on ITV 1 but I dont know when.Richard Madely might be hosting(no Judy).
Im going back to training on Monday.The hand is not 100% but fuck it Im bored.Im planning to train all through xmas because Im already 6 weeks behind everyone else.
