Hello.
So if you read my last entry you know that I was given sleeping tablets to help me with the insomnia.
ITS 1AM AND IM STILL FUCKING AWAKE
So no they havent worked to well for me.
To be honest I have been getting more sleep of a night but definately not enough,not what I would call a decent nights sleep.
The pills just make me dopey(yes,even more so)and tired during the day.
Im going to stick with it for a bit longer.Maybe it just needs more time.
