Just got back from a 3 day training camp and Ive ripped my shoulder muscles again.I spent this afternoon at Bisham Abbey sports academy getting worked over by a physio.Im usually quite tough and I dont moan or squeal when in pain,but today I was so close to shedding a tear through the pain I was being put through.Its not to bad right now and I have till tuesday untill I have to train again.Its starting to piss me off now.This injury is going on to long Ive had enough of it.
