The burn is healing well but progress is just not fast enough for me.Im stiil at least 2 weeks away from any sort of training..............Im cracking up!

So the burn on my hand and arm got infected and now Im taking a shit load of antibiotics to clear it up!1000mg's of Flucloxacillin AND 1000mg's of Metronidazole a day.Ive got a permenant sick feeling because of them,Im not sure that they're doing Me any good.

Yesterday I was shredding all my old bank statements.The shredder broke!So the good idea was to burn the rest on the barbecue(being security concious).Later on today Im going to A&E to get the 9-10 inch burn covering my arm and hand checked out.

Im back in the UK but 24hrs late.fucking storms.Couldnt land at Atlanta so got redirceted to Knoxville,Tenesee for a bit then back to Atlanta.By this time we had missed our flight so was stuck in Atlanta for 24 hrs.BUCH OF ARSE.

Got back from Germany earlier this afternoon.It was another good weekend.Im absolutely fucked! I slept a bit on the coach but not enough.
