Big brain, green skin, and covered in fur,
As hateful and vicious as the worst kind of cur.
He's an evil mastermind with sinister tech.
Which he uses to turn Townsville into a wreck.
A villain that's awesome, he's as funny as he is grim,
The only being more sinister is that demonic "Him".
He sometimes works with others, but mostly alone,
And while his brain has matured drastically, his body hasn't grown.
His "secret" base is on an active volcano,
From the way he acts to the way he speaks, he's rarely slow.
His bane? Heat vision from six pretty pearls.
Who is this nemesis of the Powerpuff Girls?
