He stalks into our homes one night a year,
Which is usually thrilling and fills us with fear.
But not this time, this night we're not scared at all.
In fact, we've been eagerly waiting since we entered fall.
Not a large scary monster, but a big jolly man,
One so awesome, everyone can't help but be a fan.
He lives in a wilderness covered in snow,
In a place so remote that no one would dare go.
In his big red suit, that's edged with white fluff,
He goes from house to house delivering cool stuff.
A man that is kind for absolutely no reason,
Who is the star of the Christmas season?
