We're about to set sail! Tonight we finish work on the ship (or at least all the parts that we can do in drydock. Once we arrive in the desert there's still some final assembly work for the outer hull, but that shouldn't take too terribly long.
Once we finish up, we have to organize all that we're taking, and then load up the ship. Our plan is to get everything absolutely done and ready to go by the time we sleep on Thursday, then get some sleep and set sail after nightfall on Friday.

Hey listen, I haven't talked to you in a while, tried to IM you a couple times while you were in town.
I hope you might still be able to be in LA October 1st. I'm still doing that Party for my Brother, and I'd really love it if you could come.
Unfortunately I don't think I'll be able to arrange all the insanities we once discussed, but just the current insanities seem like enough to me right now.
-Anyhow, I'd really love it if you could come, as I'm trying to invite all of my close friends from LA.
