An interesting storm last night, they call them monsoons. We got several inches of rain as well as some hail, high winds and a lot of lightning and thunder, all in the span of about 20 minutes. I stood outside for most of it, and had a couple more close calls, adding to an already countless number of really close strikes.
Today I've been spray-painting storage bins (stenciling on logos) and organizing things. I've also been researching generators and battery banks to supplement the power we've already got, and any other legwork I can while my campmates work on the ship. I'll update more on the friends thread later...
Well I'm off to run some errands, then hopefully get back and get some things done. I've got brochures and materials to put together, as well as countless other little projects that I really should work on and finish over the course of the next few days.

More importantly, though, it's the return of the goggles in your profile pic. Where they belong. Wear them, leave them dangling from your neck, do a Riddick pose with them ... but damnit, man, keep them on display. It's part of your mystique.
