I came back to work on Monday. Which works fine for me. We really do not get much down time here in the first place, so it was kind of nice on that level. Though I really did not accomplish anything at the house, which makes me feel a little shitty that the time off was not utilized to its fullest capability. But really, I know I feel like shit, when I do not manage to get anything done, except sleep.

My worst period of insomnia, was 3 months with 15 hours total. It comes and it goes.
