Saturday night was amazing. While my attempt at dressing as a priest didn't go so well, plan B worked. I'll post some pictures in the near future (my Burning Man 2004 pics were recently posted, so check those out if you like).
The event was a great success. The music was amazing, the people even more amazing. I helped at the door, and we managed to raise some money to help the tsunami victims. The beautiful stewardess that flirted with me at The Apocalypse party in December was there as well, making a beeline straight for me as she and her friends arrived. We enjoyed drinks, dancing, laughs, and good conversation before she had to take off. Then I had the good fortune of meeting an amazing artist I've been talking to online for a while now. I had thought she'd be in SF this weekend, so running into her was an unexpected treat. The rest of the evening was filled with dancing, flirting, and hanging with friends. Afterwards we stopped off briefly to Abundant Sugar, but the hour was late and their event was winding down. Off to Space Island for a small after-party, then home at the respectable hour of 10am.
After getting some rest, Sunday night was low key and relaxed. I stayed in, did some web surfing, and caught Excalibur on DVD. Then I had a late night pancake and maple bacon breakfast.... awesome.
Today started early, but hasn't been terribly productive so far. The search continues...
