Happy Saturday - I hope your weekend, and for that matter your month of February is going well. It's the birthday of one ToxicPirate, if you have a spare moment you should click on over to his journal and tell him Trilo said "Fuck You!" You can paraphrase it or use whatever wording you like, it's kind of a running gag we've had going for the last couple years.

I wish I was still in Vancouver. Wait, no. I don't. I wish I was in Vancouver AGAIN. My trip was all kinds of perfect, if it were just extended that might have fucked up the perfection of it all. So I don't want to change that adventure, but I'd like to be up there again and spending more time with Lavinia. We had a great time doing everything and nothing.... ranging from going to the opening of the Jungen exhibit at the Vancouver Art Gallery (there's a pic of us in the guest stars folder of my pics) to meeting friends to drinking in pubs to wandering the streets to watching her play at the Copper Tank Grill to movie marathons to lounging around and everywhere in between.

In the wake of all that, I've been feeling all kinds of inspired. As usual, pulled in several directions at once. I had several new thoughts regarding a story I've been working on for years, I'm looking forward to making some progress there. I've got some ideas for some paintings and art pieces and designs. I have ideas and inspiration for some original music, as well as a couple mix sets. Yeah, plenty of shit to juggle, right? Add to that the whole search for a day job, some reading, and some family drama bullshit, and I should have plenty to keep me busy. Reviewing the above, I think I should probably organize some thoughts and make a proper plan.
