So my mom and her husband are getting divorced. I knew it was coming and I am sure deep inside she knew as well but understandably, she is devastated. She has isolated herself over the years and has very few close friends since she works so much. My mother and I have always been very close so she called me to "vent" and cry. I will always be there for her but I hate hearing her cry and know that there is nothing I can do. I ended up getting off the phone and having a good cry just because I feel so bad for her.

I know I have not update for awhile. Big surprise, I know. My schedule for work and school is insane now and it is quite frustrating because I now have even less time for myself and to run errands or even just go out and play, but I am enjoying my classes (sociology and psychology). I got a 100% on my first test in psychology!

I have been training to be a bartender for the past couple weeks on saturday. It is kind of strange. I haven't drank in almost 8 years and while I have been in the club and bar industry for the past 5 years I have done everything else but be behind the bar. I am enjoying it though. So if you are in the city tomorrow night come to the Skylark Lounge (16th St, between Valencia and Mission) between 8:30 -10 and I will feed you booze.

Time for me to go and get my late dinner out of the oven. Happy Friday everyone!
