I got my license! I got my license! Yay me! I rock! Yes!
Ahem, so as I was saying, I did pass my test, on the first try and got my drivers license. Next week I get my car insured and registed and then I will be on the road.
I have been out on my ass all week long with this wicked cold that has been going around. It came upon me so fast, one day I felt fine with the exception of a little bit of congestion and the next I felt like I was going to die from the sinus pressure that no amount of meds could make go away. I am finally feeling a considerable amount better except for the fact that I have to blow my nose every couple of minutes. Which by the way should be fun while I am at work tonight. Hard to be the hard security guard when you have to carry tissue with you in your back pocket.
I am started to become more and more depressed and antsy as Burning Man draws nearer. I will not be able to make it out to the desert this year.
I was offered a ticket at a very cheap price last week but I had to turn it down. While I can afford the ticket, I cannot afford the time off of work and supplies, not to mention gas. But, I think I will take a trip up to PDX that weekend to visit a friend that just moved as well as take a trip to see my tattooist who works at PussyCat Tattoo so I can finally get my back finished.
Hopefully will be able to get a new computer soon so I can update more often. I miss everyone.

Man, I'm such a bastard. I failed the written test 2 (in Jersey after having a California license for 5 years) and I just gave up.
