Sooooo much pain, hurts to sit in front of computer, lay down, walk, anything, I have no idea how I am going to get through work tonight.
I think I have a pinched nerve in my back.
Anyone have any remedies to help this....TELL ME!
In other news I saw Thirteen last night, very good but I could empathize. Ahhhh, teenage angst, destruction and hatred. I am so glad that is over!

4 ibuprofen can work small wonders, but i'd have to suggest a doctor too, though i'm no expert.... =)
