Hey everybody! I've been working my buns off to find a new humble abode, but I decided to take a little break to do some homework!
This week @rambo & @missy asked us if we had met any celebrities!
The first, and only celebrity I've met was pre-lawsuit LeAnn Rimes. I was very young, this was around the time the only single I know of hers came out "blue". Yep I was a little country girl and I was so excited, but very let down when I met her. She was annoyed, hot and tired. She said we could do a picture really quick, and then dug her sharp nails into my arm while it was being taken, I don't think it was intentional, but like 15 years later I still remember the feeling. Besides that I havent met anyone super famous.
Since that homework was pretty much short sweet and to the point, last weeks bloghomwork was to tell you about the craziest thing you've done, can my answer just be "my teenage years", seriously every time I get back around my friends we end up on the same conversation, how the hell did we make it?
This was my partner in crime, one of 3 girls I could actually hang out with on a daily basis without fighting...to much. We were pretty much attached by the hip junior year through a couple years after highschool. I don't remember a week where we didn't do something crazy. So I'm going to cheat and summarize a couple of incidents of ours.
Our first taste of adulthood
When my friend turned 18 that only meant one thing, we could now rent hotel rooms, we never had to worry about where to party again! Or so we thought. We rented a room at a run down hotel near our town for her birthday party, invited way to many people, and had way to much liquor. Everyone was having a good ol' time. Until someone who had been smoking a cigarette told us the cops were down stairs. Half the room stayed and chose to act like they were asleep (my friend choosing that route), half decided to book it (myself choosing this route). I ran with another friend around the other side of the building, we could see the woods, if we made it we were in the clear, we booked it. A spotlight immediately blasted on us "FREEZE", and then we were caught, and brought to a line up where wouldn't you know it, the other half from the room ended up to. Suprisingly due to really shitty organization half of the kids (me and my friend both being one) didn't get breathalyzed. A few unlucky kids that did had to call there parents, the rest of us got to leave. It turns out they weren't there for us, but for our neighbors we had been talking to all night, apparently, they were wanted for murder.
Psychedelic freakout
So we were also in a very experimental time in our life, meaning we did our fair share of drugs. Looking back I am so happy I chose to experiment around this age, in my eyes I "got it out of my system" where as many people I know are stuck in it now. So on this day we were going to a rave, "psychedelic dreamscape" the first in a line of Psychadelic raves from the BadAss crew. We had a driver so let's just say we were on our way to wonderland as soon as we got in the car. After a few hours of dancing our asses off we found our way into a funny little drug called ketamine. The last thing I clearly remember is my friend grabbing me by the shoulders and saying "we need to find a place to sit down" and so we did besides a cardboard tree and I small tin trashcan that was being used as something else. These props turned into our friends and we talked to them for hours, only realizing they weren't our friends when I went to playfully slap ones arm and the sound of the metal can shocked us back to a momentary reality, this reality quickly faded as we realized we looked like avatars with the glow dots on our face, we WERE avatars, avatar best friends whos souls were connected! This too was ended by our friend (the real one) telling us to find our other friend, we endes up hanging out somewhere, that's when we got this picture.
Both of our friends found us again and somehow got us home, we slept for two days then woke up crying because we were hungry haha.
I have a million more crazy stories but I already cheated by choosing two 🙊 sorry! I love bloghomworks where you get to tell stories, I have 23 years worth of them! I would love to see a similar blog on what the craziest thing that has happened TO us!
