What day is it? That's probably something I should know but with the weather warming up everything is getting busy and I find myself writing blogs at 2am of a Friday because that's the day you ended up having to yourself. Ive been slacking on my blog homework from @missy and @rambo and I really loved the topic of of telling about our first kiss, so before I get too far behind on blogs, I'm going to cover that!
So I was a weird one, haha, when I think back to how socially awkward I was in middle school it makes me laugh. I was an emo kid that "wasn't allowed" to shop at hot topic. There's really not much to my first kiss. In sixth grade I walked up to this kid I thought was cute and told him I had a suprise and to close his eyes and open his hands, (so as to not be suspicious) I kissed that boy so hard and fast I busted my own lip, then I ran, and avoided him for at least a year after that. Like I said, socially awkward.
I don't really count that as my first kiss though, I think your first real kiss is the one where you finally figure it out, you feel like you might just kiss your lips off and damn it, it feels good. For me that kiss came 3 years later in my freshman year of high school.
It was a warm night, we had everything planned out for a week now. My parents were leaving and having me and my friend babysit my siblings like we usually do, and we did, we even had them in bed early like good sitters! All just in time to get downstairs to hear the soft tapping on the glass backdoor, a curly headed blonde boy & my date, a short spanish boy. We found our couches & started the movie, "Earth Girls are Easy" ( still one of my top fav fives ) but we weren't here for a movie, we were freshman, and we were filled with sexual angst! Why is it every guys go to move is tickle-her-until-you-somehow-end-up-kissing? Well it had never been played on me before so it worked, holy cow it worked. We had no embarrassing hiccups, we were both just throwing our tounges around wildly & grabbing each other. In fact, we only stopped briefly when he had to look down to find my button on my jeans. I had no idea where we were going, but every part of my body felt good and it couldn't be bad if it felt so good. My pants were undone, his breath is shakey, he had slipped his hands down my pants and was feeling his way around, figuring everything out, finding his way in. Were there others in the room? I didn't care whatever this was was great, I was letting him know! (I've always been quite vocal) That may have been why he decided to start kissing me again. In the quiet of our kissing I hear a strange noise, did a door just open? -click, clack, click, clack- THOSE ARE MOTHERFUCKING HEELS, THATS MY FUCKING PARENTS!! Somehow within one step my date had jumped off the couch and jumped clear across the room behind another couch. The other boy wasn't as lucky. My mom rounded the corner with her hands on her hips, how did she know before she even got into the room! "Aaron, you really think I don't see you hiding under a blanket with your hair sticking out" he lowered the sheet embarrassed. I used this time to button my pants just before my dad came in, she whispered something to him and in the scariest southern father voice ever he said " 'BOY, yew better get out from behind that couch before I stick a boot in yer ASS!" My date climbed from behind the armchair. "Now yall have 10 seconds to get back where yall came from" and in a blink of an eye those boys were out of the backdoor and gone.
Looking back, it was hilarious. Even in the after math when my mom took my friend home that night she ended up getting a ticket, it was kind of a -gotcha back- moment. Kissing has always been a big deal to me, in my eyes it is as intimate as sex, so I look back very fondly on the memory of my first time. I'm happy it was with such a sweet soul that I could still laugh with about it to this day. Hope yall enjoy! What was your first kiss like?
