So, I just came home from seeing one of my favourite bans from the past 3 or 4 years *Bloc Party*.....

I love these guys and have since the beginning, but I was left a little unsatisfied from their performance tonight... (sigh)

I mean the show had its moments and Lee and I truly shook our booties to a ballad of songs they played, but the show was ruined... and guess how?

At the conclusion of their 'regular' set, they bid their farewells to the screaming / overjoyed crowd and raised a Canadian Flag to pay tribute to our great nation as a sign of respect and well-planned zeal... and to my absolute amazement, half (if not more) of the crowd (of at least 5,000 - 9,000) started booing?!?!?!?!?!?

WHAT THE FUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can you imagine how dumb they must've felt to hear asshole ignorants boo our great flag????? We were at a show, not a fucking Quebec indepedence rally!!!! I truly think there is a time and place for things and this was WAYYYYYYY out of place.....
