Rose McGowan is hot.

I watched the first season of the BBC office today. I think I like the American version better, probably just because I saw it first. Normally I'd pick British humour over American humor any day of the week, but there are certain things that I like more in the US version, mainly the Gareth/Dwight character being more incompetent and subject to ridicule in the US version. Dwight reminds me of every huge-egoed nerd I ever met when I was in the Navy, whereas Gareth is just kind of a tool.

I filled out an application for student aid a few days ago, and I enrolled at North Seattle Community College. I intend to get a transfer degree from there and then go to UW for a bachelor's. I'm pretty excited about all of this, I wish I'd looked into it sooner. The thought of (eventually) doing something that interests me instead of doing something for a paycheck is very exciting.

Oh, another cool thing is that SupremePizzaMan, RICE, and I just applied for a bitchin house right across the street from North Seattle Community college. Expect a house party after we move in!
