Getting pulled over for throwing a cigarette butt out the window just because the officer was looking for a reason to run a DUI test is totally lame. Did you guys know that there is a $1025 fine in Washington for throwing a butt out the window? Me neither. He didn't ticket me for it, but jeez. Now I'm all unnerved and unable to sleep.
