You're really asking the wrong person, although I suppose you could do it with olive oil instead of butter. The original recipe called for cream instead of evaporated milk, and that substitution worked fine, but I really know nothing about cooking with soy milk. I guess you could try it.

There is a place I know that has feta, avacado, black bean pizza. It's divine.
