Update!
Weird day the other day:
Wake up. Get ready for work. Hop in car. Music! Seatbelt! Start! Go! Drive! Going to workstill goingWTF! BIRD! WHAT ARE YOU DOING! That was close. ANOTHER BIRD! WTF!!! Bird, you almost died. Roll into work. Swipe card. Card no worky! Job?! Do I still have a job!? Another guy tries and also fails. Someone comes out and we can go in. Have I mentioned that I love where I work and I love the work I do? If notI love my job and love where I work. Rollin' back home, I hear a weedwhacker passing by. Lo and behold, it's another RX-7. Only it's the cool kind; 3rd generation. Sweet. Since I already ran in the morning, free afternoon to run errand. I decide that I should roll to the North Regional library to grab some books. Fire up GPS. Rock! Zoom! WTF!? Library, where are you? Yeah, they moved the library. I have to ask a fireman where the library is located and he tries to explain with a gigantic wad of chewing tobacco in his mouth. More WTF. I roll on and have to end up calling the library to listen to the phone robot tell me where the book prison is located. Finally find it and it's 8:45pm. Library's visiting hours for the paper inmates are up at 9:00pm. Hm. Warp drive on! Card catalog onlinetypingtypingtypingthat's not ittypingI'll check this section. Where is the book? Ask a librarian and she tries to help. I spot other books I thought might be interesting and snag them. Librarian (book warden) checks the computer and finds out the book I wanted has been MIA since January. Great. Supposedly I'll get an e-mail notifying me that they found the missing book. (Satellite tracking? Hound dogs?) Anyway. Roll out and roll home. Get ready for work. Sleep.
So yeah, there you have it. By the way I don't know why this is interesting, but my new vacuum rocks. (Seriously, is he getting excited over a vacuum cleaner?)
Don't know if I ever mentioned that I recently obtained a new 500 GB external HD thanks to my parents. Sweet. Now I can download the internet. The ENTIRE internet.
Also, I have a picture of my babies. One of these will be mercilessly beaten into submission this weekend. I'm thinking the one on the right.

It was also nice to meet you. Hopefully there will be more events in the area where I can see you and some of the other people that I met yesterday.

Thanks! It was good to meet you. We had a lot of fun and I'm sure I'll be attending more events in the future.
