So what's going on in my awesome world. Well, I've discovered that while I "like" my car, I can't wait until a few years when I can get an Impreza WRX STi. Enough about cars.
So yeah, this is now in my possession. I have to say that this album is AWESOME! I've been waiting for it for a while now and I have to say that it was well worth it.
So, the bosses decided that since we did so good with making the company money this past quarter, they would take us out to a place. This was only my particular group though, so there were about 30 people. We ended up going to
That's right kiddies. At around lunchtime we drove to Frankie's last Friday and we all had a blast. The bosses didn't really stay too long. For those who don't know about Frankie's, they have a bar, restaurant, arcade games, and go kart tracks. That's a recipe for an f'in good time.
I ended up thrashing everyone on the drift track my first run. After that I was pretty much on par with everyone else. It was really fun drinking Guinness and driving go karts. It was really awesome because we got to be more relaxed in front of our bosses. The party kept going until around 5, when some of us decided to roll on over to
After eating a nice burger and drinking a beer or two, a friend and I decided to roll with some of his friends to
where we saw two bands. One was a cover band for the Grateful Dead and the other was a band with a rad jazz fusion - bluegrass sound. Yeah, sounds crazy, but it was pretty nice. I'm usually into moshing shows, but I decided to go with my friend to see these guys. Crazy night. After all of this fun, I ended up crashing at his place and ordering pizza. The following morning I actually didn't have a headache, probably because I destroyed a gallon of water in the span of two hours.
