I now have a new second favorite video of Sarah Silverman's. HAHAHA! I love her sooooooo much!
I know I didn't give a full rundown on her live show, I haven't been in the mood to write a review... I really should. I probably won't though. HAHA! I'm too scatter-brained these days to focus on ONE thing (like writing a comedy review) for too long.
very briefly, I will say that I think about 67% of the people AT her show had noooo clue what they were getting themselves into. Like, clearly, a huge handful of older people had season passes for the Mondavi Center (where the show was) and had not googled "Sarah Silverman" prior to arriving at the show. And let's just say, you gotta be prepped for Sarah. I mean... she is not for the easily offended, I guess is what I'm getting at here! A lot of people left.. a lot of people -did not- laugh. lol
I can honestly say, Brandon and my unstoppable laughter could have been heard, distinguished even, throughout that theater. HAHA!
Whatever, there were some other people there who were getting down on her "offensive" jokes! I would have appreciated it much more in a smaller setting I think. Maybe with other actual Sarah FANS!

But it's a dark comedy about a troubled Jewish family... it's amazing. You gotta like the indy, dark feel though. I would lightly compare the feel of it to The Royal Tenenbaums, with Luke Wilson and Ben Stiller... I dunno. I personally LOVED it.

Volunteering at the shelter has been... amazing. The area I have been working in is called Mary House and it's for the homeless women and children in the area. We have showers and a doctors office and all kinds of stuff (run MOSTLY by volunteers).. its an amazing place. I am learning sooo much about compassion and the human condition. Every day I go there to volunteer, I just don't want to leave!!! It feels so amazing to help people in need. I know it's not for everyone and I'm sure some of you have some pretty strong opinions and beliefs about homeless individuals, so I won't go on and on too much...
I guess all you need to know is that it is making my heart sooooo happy! SO happy!
My mom has been volunteering there for a looooong time and they love her so much there, so she's going to talk to some people about finding me an actual PAID job there. I really really hope it works out. Because then I could survive financially AND get to do something that heals my soul...all day. So please keep your fingers crossed on that!
URBAN FARMING \
So yesterday, I went over to miss kas's house to play farm! We had sooooo much fun laying in the front yard with her chickens and pig and elderly chihuahua. HAHA! We exchanged AMAZING bedroom stories and laughed for hours at her animals and our similarities and our...stories
... and her cute pervy old man neighbor...
