Well, the search for a new dwelling is on. We have quite some time to pick a place out, though (end of June). We want to go somewhere bigger than a 2 BR flat, but I find a great many kids and families in those places. Don't get me wrong, we don't have anything against kids or families. But we've never been really kid oriented either. Those places tend to lock the pool up at a certain hour and moonlight dips are hard to get away with at like 1 AM (I just took one here 
). A year-round hot tub would be nice too, but I'm sure I'll have to wait til ownership on that one. We didn't have a hot tub at all this year. Maybe I'm simply trying to have my cake and eat it too.
