Yesterday I decided it was time for a break from Columbus, so I headed to my old stomping grounds in Pittsburgh. I LOVE that city!
Mainly I hung out on the South Side. Carson Street is awesome! It was wonderful to be there again after a good 3 or 4 years. I might even try to move there if I get the chance. I love Columbus, but Pittsburgh has a few extra elements because it is an "older" city. Most of the growth in Columbus has happened over the past 10-15 years.
I will definitely go back home more often now! Sometimes you don't realize how much you miss a place until you return.
