Been a while but there ya go.... I been busy.
the whole Christmas period has so far been at least wierd. . . the warmest in England for around 40 years, so not even a dusting of frost let alone snow.. AND I LOVE THE SNOW!!! I'm gonna escape next year to somewhere proper fucking cold!!
Also as I didn;t break from work till the 23rd it was suddenly chrimbo... wierd. . . been fun though, even without the usual battery of Krav Maga.... so I stick to push ups and kettlebell . . keeps me from getting super fucking lardy...... can't wait to get back to it. . . . i miss scrappin,,, the old man says its genetic.. We're Irish and he was a scrapper in the forces... boxer from the age of 9 in Kilkenny before he left the ireland behind and travelled,.... So apparently I come from a long line of Irish Fighters......

The wife, gorgeous, love of my life, light and air blah blah blah is now a mere 15 days till the due date for the baby. . .. there will definitely be no forthcoming photos of the birth... but I may put a few up of the remains of my hand after shes crushed it/ / . .

ONLY this time its a girl... two boys and a girl...... and a big gap between em all. . . .
