WAHAAAYYY!!! and some pretty nasty ouchies.....
Big day yesterday, passed the grading for the Krav Maga P4 patch. Patches not belts, it's pretty much the brown belt in other, more traditional martial arts. thing is Krav is not a sport by any stretch of the imaginaton.its a brutal self defence game. people do get hurt training and grading. I tore my ankle ligaments in the right ankle and will be on crutches for up too six weeks... which sucks. BUT you really have to work for your tests. There are no give away P levels, people failed yesterday because they were not up to scratch/,,, Tested on Technical ability, self control and fighting spirit.... you don't give up till your fucked. Well I couldn,t stand anymore and was carried off the mat. Fucking WINNER!!!! PASSED THAT.
Proud and pleased even though I'm out of training for the foreseeable future.
not a sight else occurring in the wierd world of me..... I have learn't that the SG chat world is somewhat bizzarre, and defined by groups of cliques... which i find odd/... visually fun though..... and some interesting people around. KeroCake springs to mind. Other than being outstandingly gorgeous the girl rides dirtbikes!!! This alone is impressive!!
Thats that. . i'm outta here to take more painkillers and chill with the tv for a bit with the family......
