THATS BETTER!!! Having been back at the gym for only a couple of weeks I am happy to say it is getting easier.... Krav Maga is bloody hard work and, to be honest, I was seriously thinking i was so out of shape i might knock it on the head. Well,, that was last week. NOW a week later, many push ups, crunches and dips later and I am finally beginning to find my self back in the right frame of mind and physical shape to deal with what is one fucking hard workout.... Youreally need to be on your toes when your the target of a two pronged attack and your wearing a nice new cup,,, kicked in the testicles?? YES thanks to a slight miscalculation... CUP?? yes quality assured I survived another night at the Gyn.... and I fucking loved it!!!!
