HAs been out of classes for around four weeks due to Fybromyalgia (beeaatch) But due to good pain management and the 12k kettlebell was back in the scrap last night and. . . . hells tits. . . . four weeks can really slow an old guy down.. I may only be forty but i felt it last night..... excersises that used to be a breeze were hard. . some undoable. . and all because of the core excerise/... need to work the abs and core strength to get back in the game proper. . . SO. . .. an evening of leg raises and scissors and crunches everyday except class day should soon sort that out.... embarrassed last night though.... and gutted too.... never felt so unfit. . . . fybromyalgia is a bitch.

hopefully I will be following this type of thing as a general regime over the school summer break.
