the most funny thing about golf yesterday was not that we could golf for free, or that we only go there to hit the balls as hard as we can, but the fact that there is a dress code, and we all showed up in flipflops, shorts and sleeveless bandshirts.

band things are going pretty good.
we have been messing around for a couple of months now, mostly without a drummer, but now we finished about 3 songs, and there are 2 or 3 more half finished.

i need to write more lyrics, but the things i got sound pretty good.

i feel soooo much better!
i even skated a bit tonight, nothing big, but well it did feel good.
and i ate some baked potatoes and tomato-bean salad ala pesto, it was great!
and after skating, me and my frieds went for some icecream (this happens a lot) wich was good to.

i feel a lot better today, yesterday sucked, it realy must have been something i ate, i didn't drink all that much and i vommitted all day, everything hurted, my head, my back, well everything...

but today is a comtlete differend story, no more pain, i still don't feel like eating a lot, but atleast the things i eat...

i didnt drink that much yesterday but i have been twice already.
maybe it was somthing i ate....
or maybe i just didnt eat enough, i dont know but i feel realy ill

the summer hasnt started yet, but i already love it!
i'm going shopping now in my shorts and flipflops, hell yeah.
today another skate sesion in amsterdam, and tonight there is a punk festival in my local punk club 50 meters from my house.

mental note, bring sunblock to amsterdam....

i worked outside all day today, i helped my boss level his new garden, we moved about 3 bick trucks of dirt...
but it was fun, i nice break from the work i usually do.
after work i went to amsterdam to skate with some friends, wich was great.
