i could't sleep last night, so i was still up at 3:30
thats a time i remember seeing on the clock, now at 9:15, the doorbell rang, and they had to change my gasmeter....
i feel like shit, but i don't think i can sleep again.
i'll have to find some normal rithem before monday or i'm fucked, but till then, i don't realy have big worries...
alhough i won't sleep today and today is also some award seremonies, where a friend of mine is nominated for rider of the year...

still feel sick (throat, nose,head)
and now my head is spinning

guess a little sleep wont hurt.
