yesterday i was writing this entry about how i should work out more, but somehow never did.
i deleted it before posting and did some working out.
and then i went to sleep.
so i did something good, instead of complaining about myself i did something, that makes me feel good.

i'm gonna try to have more discipline in that kind of thing.
instead of writing about how i should be doing the dishes, actualy doing them.
thats a big step for me.

basicly i desided to fight my lazyness harder.
but now its time for coffee.
