Last nights show ruled. Soooooo many people showed up, just for us! I was very pleased, needless to say. We had 2 people come up and say that we were their favorite band. I said "favorite local band?" No, favorite band period. Woah!
Cops busted our show, cops pulled me over on the way home.... cops everywhere last night. I fucking hate the pigs around here.
Today: Recover from rocking out last night. My back hurts and my feet are way tired. Laundry, read mor eof "Lullaby", practice a little guitar and then practice with my other band tonight.
Coolest thing last night: My drummer, Mr. Ian Banks, now a jazz drummer extraordinaire, came to my show last night. I had not seen him for 7 years!!! Our band we had was my favorite musical thing I have ever done. I was so glad to see him. He's here for 6 months and we have a lot of catching up to do.
Life is good right now.
