Not that anyone will read this, I suffer from seasonal depression. This starts in the fall and carries over until spring. I haven’t had to bad of an episode for a couple years until this year. This episode feels worse than I have had in several years. I doubt that any of you will read my post. That’s ok. I’m sure things might be ok. If not, that’s ok too!

S.A.D. sucks. The only good thing about being out of work, between chores and walking ( Maine & winter ) get a couple of hours of Sun on my face. Persevere.
