Forget everything from that previous entry. I let myself be swept up in internet rumors that had nothing to do with fact. Like the fact that Hager has already been appointed. Shame on, Kristin! Bad bad girl! Someone should be beating me with a rolled up newspaper for being political active without checking the facts behind my activism.
This is just a depressing day. I also got a letter from the election board that says my absentee ballot wasn't counted. Just kill me. Please. Please.
It's one of those days that I feel like everything I attempt to accomplish is futile or misguided. Or just plain wrong. I try so hard to actually affect change or take a stand for all the loud opinions I rant. But no. I fail beyond words because I'm not bright enough to look up FDA appointments on the goddamned internet or appropriately fill out an absentee ballot.
