I know it seems bleak and sometimes you want to give up, but you can't! If I can do it, you can too! I believe in you!
I focus on other parts of my life, like my dog or my fitness.
PICK SOMETHING. I mean it, pick a focus and start setting goals for yourself.
Have you ever heard of Brian Tracy? Google him. I follow his methods a lot, and it seems hoaky, but it really helps.
