Culinary school runs about $40,000. It's everything I want to learn, but the tuition. I don't even make half of that a year. Then there's financial aid and its downsides.
Unless I win a huge amount of cash somehow, then I won't have to worry about it. But since I don't have that kind of money, I need to think about this. I want to go back to school, I don't want to keep working a boring ass job I hate.
