Seriously, I'm sick of people in this country. Here's why:

1.Americans have lost the ability to have rational discussions. Instead, we scream, yell, and cry and it makes us look like little angry kids who don't get a cookie in the eyes of the world. And it also makes us look completely bigoted too.

2. No matter how you see it, all politicians are philandering liars. And corrupt, which is putting it lightly.

3. Healthcare needs to be fixed. I've been shot down 5 times because of pre-existing conditions. Maybe universal health care is the way to go, but these right-wing extremist corporate cocksuckers don't think so.

4. Americans are not experts in other countries' affairs. So don't go criticizing what you don't know because in the end, they will fight back, the UK for example. If you're in the anti-healthcare reform crowd and you say "Oh look, the patients in the Canadian health care system don't get the treatment they deserve." And you're from some backwater in New York, Go kill yourself.

Seriously people, we look stupid and petty in the eyes of the world...and it shames me greatly.

Either way, no reform of any kind will pass in the United States, and everything will remain the same. No matter if you're on the right or the left.

I'm going to leave the US and move to Europe, or Canada.

And please end the wars, American Soldiers keep dying daily, and for what? frown

I must agree with you. We were watching the news yesterday just shaking our heads at the protests.

From what I understand, the system Obama wishes to implement, is very similar to what we have here.. and it works fine. It's not a solution to all our problems, but it means people can see health care professionals when they need to!
