Things are so bad in this state, the only viable option is to declare bankruptcy altogether and start from scratch.
There's just one problem with that : The State Legislature and Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger are too proud and stupid to admit they fucked up and sunk the state. And they wanted to make California Residents pad the bill further to get out of a $22 Billion hole? Fuck no.
