congrats on quitting.
I was doing pretty good, went about a month and then got a pack the other day. had half of it, and hated myself for it.
I've never done the patch.
Was on Zyban (?) and it fucked me up, I felt like shit. so I've been trying the weening off, or cold turkey methods since then.
egh... it all sucks.
why did I ever think trying a cigarette in the first place was a good idea?

as for Jamba we'll figure it out... I'm usually running straight to / from Tae Bo straight into something else. busy bee I am.
