oh well...firings aren't so bad really, i've fired all sorts of people. Just don't worry, and remember, he deserves it. Don't bother arguing with him either, just say, "hey...things here aren't working too well for you, You're fired" and have him escorted out by security, That's what they're for. Make sure payroll had his last check ready, so he won't come back.
