Hey, this is my first journal. I guess I'll start out by telling you guys really quickly about how over the past couple months I've been in some legal trouble. Mainly involving vandalism while drunk, and getting caught for driving with an open container while under 21.
This might not sound too serious but because of the circumstances the vandalism could have been charged as a FELONY, meaning up to a year in jail for this particular offense, and my other ticket could have cost me my LICENSE for a YEAR, thousands of dollars in fines, and could have also included some jail time. Yeah.
So anyway, two days ago I went into court and got the under 21 ticket plead down to Disturbing the Peace (having my stereo too loud) and getting a grand total penalty of 20 hours of Volunteer Work.
The vandalism is alot more serious though, and I have to hire an attorney to figure that one out. Hopefully it has similar success.
A little while ago I met this girl, we're going out now. At first she seemed exactly what I've been waiting for: beautiful, intelligent, witty, loved to make fun of my friends (who hate her because of this by the way). However, as time goes by she's starting to be overly affectionate towards me, and not so witty, and really immature at times. I'm starting to see that she is in reality a very vulnerable person and this is a big turn off. I'm trying to deal with it though.
Oh yeah, also I'm kinda bummed because my friend has been calling me every day to make sure I'm coming to her 24th birthday. Me, her, and like 20 other people were supposed to go to Mexico for 2 days. Well yesterday I got sick and today I'm way sicker, and we were supposed to leave today. She was really sad.
She said the only real reason she was having her party in Mexico was because I'm under 21 and can't drink up here.
I've never really done a "serious" journal online, posting all my real problems, so let's see how this goes.

dude, i know all about north county. i used to go all around oceanside, vista, san marcos and escondido. i have gradually moved south a bit and am now in sd. it's better down here in my opinion cause there is way more to do, but i still love it up there.

Aw, your hyperbole is cute. But after the last year I'd have to say that being sick on a Friday night is one of the better things that's happened to me. Now I'm just waiting for spring so I can stop being cold all the time.
