Today was very relaxing. I slept until after noon; which is always more relaxing than getting up before noon of course, but last night the dreams wouldn't let me get any real sleep. I blame the moon, as I often do.
After lunch I spent the afternoon by the pool. I had it all to myself. I listened to my Hitman: Blood Money soundtrack and wrote more of my Knights of hte Old Republic fanfiction than I have all year, before doing fifty laps. And then I wrote some more.
I would have done another fifty laps after, but the wind had picked up by then. When the weather is colder, the water is too, but since the two are relative it makes little difference in the end. The wind, on th other hand... now it's threatening to rain again.
I have this little rhyme that I sing whne it rains in the UK. It goes like this:
Rain rain, go away,
Go rain on Portugal today.
Gods know that's where they need you, eh?
...You never listen to me anyway.
I think I better stop singing it, because apparently it's finally listening... and that's a bad thing. Yes, rain is good, but I need the heat. You can't cut cork from the tree well without the heat.
Tomorrow I'm getting up way too early, because there's cow-herding to be done so we can spray them with insect repellant or somehting. Bloody Mondays.

So that monday (the 12th I think) I will be back in London for my very last night then on my way home again......
I hope it stops raining!!
