I woke up at 2am this morning. Opened my eyes and was wide awake immediately. That only happens if there's something wrong or a full moon. Fucking moon.
I used to have this wacky yet regular sleeping pattern. It was as if I was on the Martian clock, which has an extra forty minutes in the day; except it was tied to phases of the moon. New moon, sleep later and later. Full moon, totally nocturnal. Then forward again until back to normal sleeping hours.
I got sick over a weekend in November, and since then I've stopped following this pattern. After several months of this I figured it was finally out of my system. There are still times when I get nocturnal, but these are under more explainable circumstances like too much Pepsi Max after midnight...
*goes to put the bottle back in the fridge*
...And the more intense dreams usually still come at new and full moons. But on the whole I tend to be awake for the majority of the daylight hours. So it's all the more aggravating when I wake up way before time and cannot get back to sleep, even when quietly playing the K-PAX soundtrack on the CD player. That or the BBC's Lord of the Rings CDs usually do the trick.
It's not waking up so well that bugs me. It's that it only happens at the wrong time.
In other news: switched back to Firefox for my SG browsing, now it's updated. Hate IE. We'll see if it frels up again.
The last set I have yet to comment on is Quinne's. I'll get to it sometime this weekend. If we're lucky, I may even start updating my faves. Smeg knows there's things to be done in there.
And for a dose of random shit, I jerked off to Brittany O'Connel this morning after my bath. SG needs to get a group redhead set done.
Also a duet involving Posh and another WoW player, about how a warlock abuses her succubus.
Edited to add: Lunar eclipse last night. Probably explains a few things about why this particular full moon is kicking my ass, and maybe why several girls' dreams have been notably violent lately.

in my last set that was after 4 years and it would grow no longer, then i had it all chopped off to my ear length. Now I am keeping it short til it grows out, then when its blond dying it bright red and super long again. Like The Little Mermaids hair
