When I first experimented with MMOs and started playing EverQuest, I got hooked. Addicted, even. But as Sony took over from Verant and started ruining it, I lost interest.

Then I started playing Star Wars Galaxies. Sure, another Sony game, but LucasArts too, and they weren't about to let Sony take the game from them. I got addicted to that to, mostly because it was Star Wars. Nevertheless the game was plagued with problems from the start. When they wiped the last thing that made the game unique, I stopped playing that too.

Now I play World of Warcraft. For a long while I was hooked without being addicted. After last week's patch, I've been grinding Alterac Valley for both honour and rank, and Stormpike reputation. Stormpike can sell you the best dagger in the game, unless you go raiding in the toughest dungeons... but only if they like you enough. I wanted to get exalted with Stormpike tonight before the servers went down before the weekly patch. Instead, the server kicked me out a few hours ago and has yet to let me back in.

This is bugging me a lot more than I should let it.

Edited to add: I love Salome's boobs. They look very touchable and tastable.
