At long last, a thunderstorm. Not a noisy sky and five minutes of half-hearted rain at a time. The kind where thunder shakes the windows and lightning lives from horizon to horizon, and the water pelts down so hard and fast it bounces back. A thunderstorm worthy of the Highlander Endgame soundtrack.
