my husband informs me to day that im fat and need to lose weight i was so hurt i mean why would he say that to me im not in the army like him i dont run 8 or 10 miles or whatever every morning like he does
then he tells me that hes not attracted to me anymore on the outside that hurt really bad also he says that he still loves me very much and that he wants to stay married to me but you know i dont know what to say so gggggrrrrrr im just blabbing on and on i mean seriously what do you say to that and im trying to keep in mind he has PTSD from this last deployment maybe hes just saying all these hurtful things to me lately cause of that idk

i mean i know ive put on some weight since January but my husband was deployed to Afghanistan i was telling with alot of medical problems and issues and things back home so i copied with it by eating basically i come from a large family in my family if you were crying or upset they would slide a candy bar under the door so of course im going to be an emotional eater

anyways i think im going to shut up now and go to bed
